FAQs

A: First step is to book in a free phone consultation where you tell me a bit about your business and what you are hoping to communicate in your photos. From there, I’ll generate a brief and quote and we can talk location (if it’s not at your place of business) and a date that suits you, and it’s that easy!

A: A free discovery consult, where we put together a snapshot of your business, where your marketing is headed and plan your photoshoot, plus some ideas of conversations you may start with your images, a large number and range of images in an online gallery. You’ll receive your full catalogue of images in both high and low resolution. 

A: I try to get a preview gallery to you within a few days of your shoot, and the full set within 30 days of your shoot. Sometimes, I’m even quicker. For event photos, you can expect your full set of images within 14 days so you can get sharing ASAP. 

A: If you don’t have a premises or would prefer outdoor locations, I have a large range of options around the Great Southern depending on the weather, and the vibe of the photoshoot that you’re going for. I’m also happy to travel! 

A: Anything that helps to tell the story of your business. I call them “tools of the trade” and it can include things like, your favourite Mug, Notebook, pen, laptop, favourite candle. But feel free to get creative, anything that speaks to your brand or the routines in your business. We’ll have time to play with options. 

A: Whatever makes you feel good. If you’re booking a branding session, I typically suggest bringing 3-5 options. Think, something business casual, something you’d wear to a nice lunch and something you’d wear to a very important meeting with your most prized client. Make sure the outfits feel like you. If you want to accessorise or add pops of colour, go ahead! If in doubt, bring options! If you have any branded uniform, definitely include those too.
